Trakya University Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Painting’s “Beautiful Flavors” Painting Exhibition

The “Beautiful Flavors” painting exhibition, featuring the works of 7 participating students from the Department of Painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts, opened at the Mimar Kemaleddin Exhibition Hall.

The exhibition, which will be open from April 15 to 28, consists of a total of 33 oil paintings by Aysima Yılmaz, Buse Şahin, Else Krasnigi, Pelin Cansu Gürol, Secem Erden, Semanur Bulut, and Zuhal Doğan.

The opening of the exhibition was attended by Dean Prof. Dr. Baybora Temel, who made a speech in which he briefly introduced the works of each participating student. In his speech, he highlighted Semanur Bulut’s exploration of “the city perception formed by the coexistence of contrasts,” Aysima Yılmaz’s depiction of “abandoned streets symbolizing loneliness,” Secem Erden’s representation of “the tranquility and solitude created by water reflections and light play,” Buse Şahin’s creation of a language “between light and darkness, the seen and the hidden,” Else Krasnigi’s approach to “elevating women beyond a physical object, positioning them as carriers of a deep spirit,” Pelin Cansu Gürol’s “invitation to confront the inner world through a photographic realistic language,” and Zuhal Doğan’s exploration of “the emotional layers reflected on the individual’s face, creating inner reflections
